Justin Marler is the author of two books, was once in a successful alternative rock band, became a monk, and has worked in publishing. His intriguing life was featured in the Washington Post. Justin's first encounter with Austin was through music, while on a US tour with his band. Today, he lives in Austin with his wife and daughter, where he works as a freelance writer, graphic designer, illustrator, and musician.
