The National Hockey League Buffalo Sabres (foot of Main St., 716/855-4100, www.sabres.com [2], Sept.–Apr.) play downtown at the HSBC Arena. Tickets are generally available.
The Miss Buffalo Cruise Boats (716/856-6696, June–Sept., adults $14, children $9) offer sightseeing tours such as ‘Historic Buffalo River,’ ‘River, Lock and Canal,’ and ‘Buffalo Landmark Tours.’ The boats leave from the Erie Basin Marina.
