For more serious dining, try the airy, multilevel 
Shoreline Restaurant (4 Kurosaka Ln., 518/668-2875, $19), nicely situated overlooking a small marina. Menu selections range from fresh fish to chicken teriyaki. Sit out back on the deck and enjoy live entertainment in summer.
Also overlooking the water is the big, boisterous Boardwalk (foot of Amherst St., 518/668-5324, $18), offering burgers and sandwiches at lunch, considerably more elaborate entrées at dinner.
