Many clothing boutiques and gift shops pepper Broadway. Housed in the old Saratoga National Bank building is the Lyrical Ballad Bookstore (7 Phila St., 518/584-8779), a packed-to-the-rafters antiquarian shop that stocks about 30,000 books. The rarest volumes are stored in the bank’s old safe-deposit vaults.
Also engaged in antiquarian pursuits, the Regent Street Antique Center (153 Regent St., 518/584-0107) houses about 20 dealers.
