6th and Vine is best known for its impressive wine list. More than 50 wines are on the wine list and the on-site wine shop stocks 400 selections. Wine specials are offered throughout the week and each of the menu items includes a suggestion for wine pairings.

The small plates and entrées ($15–26) are made with fresh, local ingredients, including free range and organic meats. On the late-night menu, the flatbread pizza made with homemade mozzarella and roma tomatoes—called the Margherita Flat—makes a perfect fourth meal.
