Frazier Park is one of the gems of Uptown. The 11.9-acre park is home to soccer and flag-football fields, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, and a playground. There are also plenty of places to spread a blanket and take in the skyline.

In 2008, 1.3 acres of the park was devoted to an off-leash dog park. There is also a community garden in the park.
