Salmon Bake

For $31 adults or $15 children, you get all-you-can-eat salmon (flown in fresh daily), halibut, and prime rib, plus a big salad bar and desserts. The owner grew up in Juneau [3], where his father was a commercial fisherman, so he knows his fish.

This is the best salmon bake in Alaska. It’s open daily 5–9 p.m. mid-May–mid-September, and a salmon-bake shuttle bus runs 6–9:30 p.m., stopping at the major hotels and RV parks around town.
