Built on the tenets of new urbanism, including mixed-use and walkability, Zona Rosa is a large shopping, dining, and entertainment district modeled after a small town. Mostly national boutiques and restaurants mingle with locally owned favorites like Swagat Indian Restaurant and Bo Ling’s.

Be sure to feed the meters here—all money goes to charity.

In 2008, Zona Rosa unveiled a sizable addition anchored by a three-story Dillard’s department store and other retailers, including Chico’s and Sephora.
