Culebra [1] is not particularly renowned for its restaurants, although a couple of establishments are changing that. The concept of service is very different here from what stateside dwellers may be accustomed to. Things move at a slow, casual pace, so it’s best to be patient and prepared to linger for awhile.

Also, note that operating hours can change unexpectedly, and some restaurants close up shop completely for weeks at a time.
