Honduras Divers (tel. 504/9991-0778, www.hondurasdivers.com [1]) arranges scuba outings to nearby Puerto Cortés [2] and to the Cayos Zapotillos [3] of Belize, as well as scuba classes at the Nautilus gym in town, and equipment sales. The shop is located at the Nautilus gym in northwest San Pedro [4].
The basic diving course costs US$250, while the Dive Master course is US$600. A scuba tour of the Cayos is $110; diving near Puerto Cortés is much cheaper.
