These twin coves lie farther west, again connected by the South Shore’s public park system and an easy trail through the dunes. Chaplin sits on the Warwick–Southampton parish border below Warwick Camp [1], and beachgoers may sometimes spot Bermuda Regiment soldiers taking part in military training exercises on the dunes. Both beaches offer good swimming and snorkeling areas and walkable access to Horseshoe Bay [2] in the next parish.
