Perched on the North Shore, Mazarine by the Sea (91 North Shore Rd., tel. 441/292-0010 or 441/292-1690, fax 441/292-9077, mazarinebythesea [at] ibl [dot] bm, $150–180) has seven units looking out over turquoise horizons that stretch as far as Dockyard [1]. There’s an oceanfront mini-pool, and access by steps (no beach) down to the sea, where snorkeling is very good on calm days. All rooms have private bathrooms, kitchenettes with two burners, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, and private balconies.
