Stanley’s Welcome Bar and Restaurant (284/495-9424, 10 a.m.–late, $5–20) claims to be the burger joint Jimmy Buffett had in mind when he penned the song “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” This claim is not unique to Stanley’s, but neither is it too hard to imagine: The atmosphere at Stanley’s seems to come right out of a Buffett song. In addition to burgers and wings, Stanley’s serves more upscale fare like grilled fresh mahimahi, lobster, and grouper.
