While most of these are luxurious (and expensive), some can fit more modest budgets, especially during summer. Winter rates generally range $1,200–4,000 a week for one- to two-bedroom homes. In summer, rates drop, ranging $700–2,000.

Private villas are completely equipped homes: They have full kitchens, several bedrooms, entertainment centers, and water sports gear. Many have a private pool. Villas are a great choice for families or large groups, or for visitors who want independence and privacy.
