Several amateur acting companies put on plays throughout the year, many in the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College Auditorium. Check the Limin’ Times for information.

There are regular “jams” on Tortola [1]—concerts by visiting entertainers, many of them stars in the reggae, soca, or calypso genres. Jams are advertised locally by posters and ads in newspapers. Admission is usually $20–25, and shows invariably start late—often after midnight.
