A beautiful stretch of coarse, caramel sand lines Lambert Bay, also known as Elizabeth Beach. From the shore, there are views of Guana Island, and there’s plenty of shade beneath large sea grape trees along the sand. The sea here can be rough; on many days there are strong waves and a powerful undertow, which makes it a poor choice for weak swimmers. There is a beach volleyball net, and water sports equipment is available to rent from the resort that fronts the bay. Food and drinks are for sale from the hotel restaurant.
