Vie’s Snack Shack (Hansen Bay, 340/693-5033, $4–8) is the only place to get food and drink after you leave Coral Bay[1] proper and head out onto St. John[2]’s eastern tip. Stop by for a hot dog, johnnycake, or some of Vie’s famous conch fritters. She is open most afternoons until sunset.
