Memorial Day weekend kicks off with Jam on the River at Penn’s Landing [2]. For more than 20 years, the festival has hosted musical acts in genres including rock, blues, soul, jazz, and pop. The festival started as a Louisiana-themed event but has expanded to encompass a diverse weekend with all kinds of great music and food.
