Ten Stone

Just on the edge of Center City, Ten Stone is a popular spot—perhaps because it is one of the only bars in this rapidly growing stretch of South Street. Wooden booths line the warm, orange walls and an attractive full wooden bar sits at the center of the room.

The scene is mostly 20- and 30-somethings from the neighborhood who come for the menu of great salads and sandwiches and a good beer selection.

It’s a bit on the pricey side for a neighborhood hangout, but that doesn’t seem to stop it from filling up. A room off to the side has a pool table and a dart game, and a cozy room with a few tables is in the back behind the bar.
