Good Dog

This unassuming bar in the heart of Center City has the feel of a casual neighborhood spot. Featuring a canine-themed decor, it’s popular with locals for its great food, great location, and great vibe, and is sometimes short on seating.

If you can’t score a booth downstairs or a table upstairs during high-traffic times, pull up a seat at the bar and order one of the many regionally brewed beers on draft, or head up to the 3rd floor for standing room only.

Many people come for the Good Dog signature burger stuffed with Roquefort cheese (voted one of the best burgers in Philly [2] by the premier local food critic) and a side of mixed traditional and sweet-potato fries.
