The only truly fine-dining restaurant in Manayunk is the acclaimed contemporary American Jake’s. The food has always been top-quality, and the restaurant has been fully renovated with a space to match.
It has earned the coveted four stars from Mobil Travel Guide and has received high praises from Zagat, Gourmet, Wine Spectator, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and others, attracting customers from both Center City and the nearby Main Line.
The menu consists of many of the typical upscale restaurant offerings, like surf-and-turf, crab cakes, and duck breast, but each is prepared to perfection, and most have an interesting flair.
