This is your first stop on any visit to historic Philadelphia [2]. In addition to maps and information galore, there is a free mini-museum and a 28-minute film, Independence, to introduce you to the history of Philadelphia.
An automated kiosk provides information and allows you to book tickets to area attractions. The center has a gift shop, a café, and WiFi. This is also where you reserve your free timed tickets to Independence Hall [3] and sign up for tours of the Todd [4] and Bishop White Houses [5].
