The Port Orchard Farmers Market (253/857-2657) takes place behind Peninsula Feed Store on Bay Street 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday May–October. This is one of the largest markets in the state and features more than 100 vendors offering homegrown fruits and veggies, homemade crafts, and ethnic foods. A winter market takes place at the community center.
