Ballet

Founded in 1981 as a civic dance company, the Nashville Ballet (www.nashvilleballet.com [1]) became a professional dance company in 1986. Entertaining more than 40,000 patrons each year, the ballet performs both classical and contemporary pieces at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center at 505 Deaderick Street.
