Nice Cayo Jungle Blog from Moonracers

I just received a note from the newest "full-service jungle lodge" in the Mountain Pine Ridge: Moonracer Farm [2] is located in the Belizean highlands, along the Chiquibul Road, near it's intersection with the Cristo Rey Road. This is an enormously rich and fun part of the country, still serviced by only a handful of area accommodations. Moonracer's hardwood cabins with simple amenities look like a great value at US$65. Transplanted New Yorker owners Marge and Tom Gallagher maintain a particularly interesting blog about living in and exploring Belize's Cayo District [3].
