A few years ago, on a hot day in Granada, Nicaragua, I met Scott Avirett, founder of Boomerscape.com. [2] The website he was creating was an enormous endeavor to assist 78 million potential Baby Boomer living-abroaders, with the Boomerscape mission "to help Baby Boomers escape the ordinary and embrace international dream destinations, for a visit or a lifetime." The site has taken off and includes destination reviews, expat resources, voluntourism opportunities, real estate, etc., spanning Latin America, including this featured page on Belize [3]. You can locate fellow "boomerscapers" in the country, write reviews, and more.
