Bozeman’s prosperous trendiness is reflected in its restaurants—not a bad thing for the hungry traveler. In fact, Bozeman [1] has a higher concentration of great restaurants than any other city in the state. That doesn’t mean that all the best meals are served in posh new cafés, but the emphasis on fresh ingredients and vivid flavors resonates even in more modest venues.
