The Mission Mountain Winery (406/849-5524, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. daily May–Oct.) has some vineyards, a winery, and a tasting room in Dayton. The quality of Mission Mountain’s wines has improved dramatically in recent years, and it’s worth stopping in for a taste of Monster Red, a merlot-cabernet blend.
