On Assignment in Nicaragua with Travel Channel's Bizarre Star

I've been traveling in Nicaragua as the location specialist for Travel Channel superstar Andrew Zimmern as he films a new episode of his show, "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern." It's pretty hectic leading a film crew around the lakes and volcanoes of Nicaragua, in search of the most interesting foods and beverages; Internet access has been limited, so please bear with me in the meantime and I'll be back to Belize-blogging very soon!
