A deck festooned with paper lanterns overlooks the waterfront at Three Tides (2 Pinchy Ln., Belfast, 207/338-1707, www.3tides.com [1], 4 p.m.–close Tue.–Sat.; 4 p.m.–9 p.m. Sun., $7–11), a tin-and-wood-beam shack that has been transformed into a hipster tapas bar. Teens and twentysomethings from around the area come here nightly to listen to jam bands and nosh on quesadillas and Pemaquid [2] oysters.
