In sharp contrast to the Guadalupe chapel [1], SITE Santa Fe (1606 Paseo de Peralta, 505/989-1199, www.sitesantafe.org [2], 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Wed., Thurs., and Sat., 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Fri., noon–5 p.m. Sun., $10, free on Fri.) is a boxy, modern exhibition space dedicated to all things new in the art world.
It puts on high-concept one-off shows that make use of its very flexible space. In even-numbered years, SITE hosts the Santa Fe Biennial, curated by hip critics such as Dave Hickey.
