Each of the three little crafts villages (San Antonino Castillo Velasco [1], San Martín Tilcajete [2], and Santo Tomás Jalieza [3] not far north of Ocotlán has something unique to offer. In order to visit all of them, plus Coyotepec [4] and Ocotlán [5], on Friday, you’ll need to get an early start. If you’re inclined to linger, it’s best to allow two days for your visit, with an overnight in Ocotlán [5].
Under any circumstances, visit San Antonino Castillo Velasco [1] on the same Friday that you visit Ocotlán, because it also has its tianguis on Friday.
