Puerto Vallarta abounds with apartments and condominiums, mostly available for one week or more. Many of the best-buy Puerto Vallarta apartments and condos are concentrated in the colorful Olas Altas–Conchas Chinas south-side district and high-season rates run from about $500 per month for modest studios to $1,000 and more for three-bedroom houses.

One of the most recommendable local apartment and condo rental agents is friendly Bayside Properties (F. They offer a wide range of vacation rentals, from modest condos to luxurious villas, especially in the intimate south-of-Cuale neighborhood.

Furthermore, a number of U.S.-based agencies specialize in the more luxurious rentals scattered all over the city.
