With Pablo Seminario focusing on form and Marilú Behar on color, this husband-and-wife team began to crank out ceramics out of a small home in Urubamba [1] over two decades ago.

Thanks to international recognition and lucrative contracts (including a deal with Pier 1 Imports), their original adobe workshop has blossomed into an expansive, garden-filled complex where visitors can pet llamas, watch an educational video, and see the whole ceramics-making process.

The couple’s workshop produces a range of objects from compotes and coffee cups to sculptures and large painting frames adorned with delicate touches of silver. Everything is handmade, painted with natural mineral oxides, and kiln fired.
