This Japanese restaurant goes whole hog on the fish theme, with a huge shark-filled aquarium as the centerpiece. The decor is all pale wood, tatami, and clean lines, while the menu is packed with Tokyo classics like sushi, sashimi, tempura, and teppanyaki, with sake aplenty to wash it down.
The fish is carefully sourced and imported regularly, ensuring freshness and quality. SUN is pricier than the city’s street-side sushi joints, but worth it for the location and quality.
If you want to see the aquarium without committing to a meal, go for a drink instead of eating.
