Regularly voted as Beijing’s best restaurant in local magazines, Maison Boulud provides one of the classiest, French fine-dining experiences to be found in the capital. The domain of Michelin three-starred French chef Daniel Boulud opened in 2008 to wide acclaim, and executive chef Brian Reimer keeps the kitchen standards high.
The restaurant is housed inside the former U.S. Embassy, which now forms part of the luxury Chi’enmen 23 complex. The interior decor of both the restaurant and the Fresco bar is tasteful, with modern takes on classical red screens and dark wood.
Maison Boulud frequently wins awards for its service, and it is matchless among Beijing’s restaurants.
