Some visitors stay at Termas de Puyehue [1], but park accommodations also include campgrounds and cabañas.

Aguas Calientes

Termas Aguas Calientes (tel. 064/331710) operates two campgrounds: the 36-site Camping Chanleufú (US$26 for up to four persons, open all year) and the 20-site Camping Los Derrumbes (closed at present). Fees at Chanleufú include access to the outdoor pool and many other services (including firewood and electricity).

Accommodations at Cabañas Aguas Calientes (tel. 064/331710, fax 064/374529, US$133 for up to four persons) include access to the baths. It also has a cafeteria with a sandwich menu, the more elaborate restaurant Los Canelos, and an outdoor parrilla in summer only.

Antillanca

At the ski area, the 73-room Hotel Antillanca (Ruta 215, Km 98, tel. 064/235114, www.skiantillanca.com [2]) has a relatively contemporary hotel and an older but more-than-acceptable refugio. In the peak ski season, July–mid-August, hotel rates reach US$85 single, US$120 double, while refugio rooms cost about US$60 single, US$80 double. Outside the ski season, rates are US$49 single, US$71 double, and US$30 single, US$43 double, respectively.

Anticura

The Mapuche community Ñalay Mapu has taken over the eight-site Camping Catrué (tel. 099/2596770, US$5.50 pp), whose basic facilities include running water, picnic tables, fire pits, and pit toilets; there’s also a hostel (US$8 pp with shared bath and kitchen facilities) and cabañas (US$59–93, depending on number of guests).

Just west of Anticura, El Caulle (Ruta 215, Km 90, tel. 099/6412000, www.elcaulle.com [4]) operates a parrilla just off the highway.
