Yes, using the shopper login you create the first time you purchase an ebook from Moon.com. To access your order history, sign in to your account using your shopper ID and password. Your order history includes download links for all ebooks you have purchased from Moon.com. Alternately, you can re-download your purchase using the download link in the email receipt you received at the time of purchase.

Yes. From your new device, sign in to your account using your shopper ID and password to access your order history, which includes download links for all ebooks you have purchased from Moon.com. Alternately, you can re-download your purchase using the download link in the email receipt you received at the time of purchase.

Why is Adobe Digital Editions or Bluefire Reader asking me to authorize my computer or device?

Authorizing your computer process allows your computer or device to read protected ebooks. From Bluefire Reader, use the Info tab to authorize your Apple iOS or Android device using your Adobe ID. Adobe Digital Editions will request authorization using your Adobe ID on your windows device or computer. We make every effort to offer as many travel guides as possible in both print and ebook format, but we also want to ensure our ebooks adhere to the same standard of quality as our print guides. While this means some ebooks are available slightly sooner than others, we’re constantly making more Moon Travel Guides available as ebooks.

We make only the most recent editions available in the bookstore at Moon.com. You can check the Book Details listed for each travel guide to see the month and year it was last published.
