The food at Art of the Table (1054 N. 39th St., 206/282-0942, www.artofthetable.net) is a celebration of the earth, Seattle’s seminal tribute to the farm-to-table movement. Chef Dustin Ronspies establishes convivial bonhomie amongst his diners at the Weekend Supper Club, regularly walking and talking with eager participants who sit for his prix fixe four-course meals (7 p.m., $55) fashioned with ingredients hand-plucked from weekend markets around the city. For something a little less formal, stop by for Happy Mondays, an evening-long happy hour (5–10p.m.) with no reservations required.

The rotating list of mouthwatering dishes at Tilth (1411 N. 45th St., 206/633-0801, www.tilthrestaurant.com, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Sat.–Sun. and 5–10 p.m. Sun.–Thurs., 5–10:30 p.m. Fri.–Sat., $26) prominently feature organic fresh fruits, veggies, meats, and seafood grown in the Northwest, a seasonal tour of the state served tableside.
