T’s Restaurant (2330 Washington St., 360/385-0700, www.ts-restaurant.com, 4–10 p.m. Wed.–Mon., closed Tues., entrées $20–31) is a big surprise. Step inside to find an elegant atmosphere and Italian-inspired Northwest seafood and meats.
Fountain Café (920 Washington St., 360/385-1364, 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–9 p.m. daily) serves wide-ranging gourmet dishes full of local ingredients and fresh seafood in its small but charming backstreet location. It’s a popular place, so be ready to wait for a table on summer weekends.
Silverwater Café (Washington and Taylor Streets, 360/385-6448, 5–9 p.m. daily, entrées $10–15) is well known for fresh and reasonably priced pasta, meat, and seafood served in a bright and airy space.
