Get the freshest local fare at Port Angeles Farmers Market (360/683-4642, 9 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Sat.) held year-round near the corner of 8th and Chase Streets.
Sunny Farms Country Store (360/683-8003) has a large produce stand located halfway between Port Angeles and Sequim. Also sold here: everything from hanging plants to homemade pizzas.
The Country Aire (117 E. 1st St., 360/452-7175, 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Mon.–Sat., 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Sun.) has a big selection of natural and organic foods.
For the freshest local seafood—along with canned and smoked specialties—stop by Hegg & Hegg (801 Marine Dr., 360/457-3344, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Mon.–Sat., 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sun.). They also have a small gift shop in the Landing Mall, where the ferry docks (360/457-3733).
