The Taste of Edmonds Festival (425/670-9112) on the second weekend of August is a popular street fair with ethnic foods, a carnival, music, and beer garden.
Held at the base of the city’s pride and joy, the mid-August Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival (www.mukilteofestival.org) features a pancake breakfast, parade, salmon barbecue, fishing derby, arts and crafts display, and country music and dancing.
