Cyclists love the back roads around Leavenworth, including an almost-level seven-mile loop through Icicle Valley. A more adventurous ride climbs the dirt road up Tumwater Mountain, just north of town, and offers vistas into Tumwater Canyon and the Wenatchee Valley far below.
Stop by the local Forest Service offices for descriptions of other mountain biking trails.
