The Wenatchee area has several big malls, including Wenatchee Valley Mall (511 Valley Mall Parkway, 509/884-6645, www.wenatcheevalleymall.com) in East Wenatchee. Downtown has a wide selection of boutiques, including a number of fine-art galleries and a quilt shop.
Victorian Village (611 S. Mission) consists of a row of small shops and restaurants, ranging from nail salons to pizza parlors. And for the strictly functional, head up Wenatchee Avenue to find all the big chains such as Wal-Mart.
