Café Roka (35 Main St., 520/432-5153, www.caferoka.com, Wed.–Sat. 5–9 p.m., $14–24) has some of the best Italian food around with a tasteful, elegant multilevel interior.
Winchester’s (11 Howell Ave., 520/432-1910, daily 7 a.m.–10:30 a.m., 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and 5:30–9 p.m., $9–23) at the Copper Queen Hotel serves delicious American food and other dishes.
The best breakfast in town can be found at the Bisbee Breakfast Club (75 Erie St., 520/432-5885, www.bisbeebreakfastclub.com, Mon. 7 a.m.–noon, Thurs.–Sun. 7 a.m.–2 p.m., $10 and under), serving huge American-style breakfasts, along with a bit of Mexican spice of course, in a refurbished old building on the largely abandoned historic block next to the huge pit. You might have to wait to get a table, but the food is worth it.
