This trail connects the city of Gatlinburg with Sugarlands Visitor Center and follows the West Prong of the Little Pigeon River. The path is paved. Leashed dogs and bicycles are allowed.
Cades Cove Nature Trail
(0.75 mile round-trip, easy)
Cades Cove Nature Trail takes you through pine and oak forest. The trail departs from near the Henry Whitehead Place, just past the intersection with Parsons Branch Road. A 50-cent trail guide available on-site points out notable plants and other sights.
