This breathtaking restaurant and wine bar sits in the backyard of the renowned Gallery Hyundai and exhibits appropriately refined sensibilities. Modern artwork and contemporary design meet in a carefully restored, century-old Korean house with a gorgeous stone courtyard that just might be the most charming place in the city to enjoy a meal or a drink on a warm evening.
While perhaps not as inspiring as the setting, Dugahun’s food is also very good, mixing French and Italian standards—pastas, steaks, and the like—with simpler salads and nibbles designed to accompany selections from the lengthy wine list.
Note: Its full menu is only available during dinner hours (6-10 p.m.). Service is of a high standard, but it all comes at lofty prices.
