About 40 tastefully appointed oceanview suites rise in three stories above a palm-shaded pool and patio right on the beach. For Guayabitos, the high-season asking rates are correspondingly luxurious: two-bed “villa” apartments run about $95 d high season, junior suites $120, master suites $150. Discounts are customarily available for long-term stays.
