While it is primarily green space, Fairmount is also home to two restaurants that both happen to be wonderful. They stand alone, and aren’t places you’d typically pass on your travels, but manage to draw crowds because of their uniqueness.
Water Works Restaurant is on the very edge of the park behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
And to really feel like you’re dining in a woodsy setting, Valley Green is in a more remote location in the Wissahickon section of the Park.
