Spanish for red wine, Tinto—Philadelphia’s hottest new restaurant and wine bar—lives up to its name. More than 100 varieties of Spanish and French wines fill the handcrafted wooden grids that completely surround the intimate space.
Reminiscent of an elegant yet rustic wine cellar, the dining area is complete with high tasting tables and a 22-foot bar covered in black-and-white Spanish tiles.
Acclaimed chef and owner Jose Garces’s inventive Basque menu features pinxtos (the Basque equivalent of tapas), charcuterie, cheeses, mariscos (shellfish), brochettes, and bocadillos (sandwiches).
